
Meet Brett Boyett
Brett Boyett is an acclaimed music producer, film and television composer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist whose career bridges major motion pictures, network television, and chart-topping records. Known for his ability to blend emotional storytelling with genre-crossing creativity, Boyett has become a trusted collaborator to Grammy-winning artists, major studios, and leading music supervisors.
A voting member of The Recording Academy, The Country Music Association, and The Academy of Country Music, Brett’s work continues to shape today’s musical landscape. His recent credits include Trisha Yearwood’s forthcoming album The Mirror, Cassadee Pope’s Billboard hit I Am Invincible—the official anthem for the 2016 Special Olympics—and Jordan Rainer’s #1 Texas Radio single Straight Shot. He also co-wrote and produced Scotty Hasting’s Red, White, and Blue and Town Like Mine, both performed live at the 80th Anniversary of D-Day in Normandy and the 2025 National Memorial Day Concert at the U.S. Capitol.
In film, Boyett served as Executive Music Producer and Composer for the Lionsgate feature Forever My Girl, which reached #5 globally on Netflix. He composed the score and produced 14 songs for the Universal Nashville soundtrack—now the label’s most-streamed in history. His music has also appeared in Nashville, Friday Night Lights, American Idol, and The Young and the Restless.
Beyond his work in film and television, Brett has written and produced for artists such as Travis Tritt, Josh Turner, Lauren Alaina, Laura Osnes, and Jenny Teator. He co-founded and produces for The Nashvillains and previously led a 22-city national tour with Totsy, whose single Little White Secrets was featured in a Super Bowl commercial for FOX’s Prodigal Son.
